You will plan daily manpower, oversee shop operations and support the operations team to keep vehicles safe and productive.

• At least 2 years' industry experience in fleet maintenance or operations.
• 5–8 years of direct management experience.
• Familiarity with light/ medium-duty vehicle repair and DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, educate and develop employees.
• Oversee multiple shop operations and plan daily manpower.
• Provide support to the operations team regarding equipment issues.
• Monitor costs and improve efficiencies.
• Handle payroll approvals and compliance documentation.
• Interview and hire shop staff.
• Maintain safe working conditions and communicate with clients.
