Job summary
Foundation Building Materials is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead nationwide fleet management for the North America region. You will oversee SAP usage, asset records, procurement, and cost control while coordinating with CAPEX teams and field leadership to ensure safe, reliable transport of materials across locations.
The role requires 2+ years in fleet or asset management, ERP experience (SAP preferred), and strong leadership and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in fleet management, asset management, or operations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and fleet management platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Strong negotiation, organizational and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee SAP system usage across branches and training
- Manage asset records, decals, and lifecycle coordination with CAPEX teams
- Coordinate procurement with external vendors and purchase orders
- Review repair estimates and manage warranty opportunities
- Lead fleet operations, maintenance programs, and data accuracy
- Monitor fleet performance using telematics and analytics platforms
- Collaborate with Safety teams and field leadership on fleet projects
