Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy in Boise, Idaho seeks an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and cost-controlled fleet programs.

You will lead technicians, ensure DOT/compliance, manage budgets, and develop SOPs while maintaining high safety and reliability standards for company vehicles. Excellent communication and leadership are essential. This role requires coordination with procurement and safety teams and a focus on continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5–8 years in fleet maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Technical degree in diesel engines or heavy equipment repair preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• ASE T Master Certified and CAFM credentials preferred; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and repair programs for all company vehicles.
• Direct shop performance to ensure safe, efficient, and timely work.
• Prepare estimates and work orders; report on shop and fleet costs.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for vehicle maintenance.
