Qualifications

• Executive-level fleet maintenance leadership experience.
• Multi-shop or regional maintenance leadership background.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, fleet economics, and lifecycle costing.
• Experience leading operational change and enforcing accountability across decentralized environments.
• Background in trucking, transportation, heavy equipment, construction, or industrial fleet operations.
• Financial fluency with maintenance P&L oversight and cost management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold accountable all fleet and maintenance leadership roles.
• Own lifecycle strategy for tractors, trailers, and specialty equipment.
• Partner with finance on capital planning and maintenance forecasting.
• Enforce PM, DVIR, and warranty standards.
• Define fleet KPIs and ensure data accuracy and trust.
• Drive standardization across historically independent shops.
• Establish cadence of reviews with Ops, Safety, and Finance.
• Make difficult people decisions when needed.
• Lead change calmly, directly, and without ego.
