Job summary

The role ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements while optimizing shop efficiency.

Key duties include directing daily operations, coaching staff, performing quality checks, and managing inventory and budgets within approved thresholds.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in maintenance with heavy equipment.
• Supervisory experience in a lead technician role or other management position.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and federal/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and timely repairs.
• Monitor performance and adjust activities to improve productivity.
• Conduct shop huddles, inspections, and coaching.
• Oversee budget, schedule, and inventory control for the maintenance shop.
