Job summary

Sysco Charlotte, LLC is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain equipment readiness by fueling, checking fluids, and assisting the fleet shop. This entry role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience.

You will work with fleet and night warehouse teams to ensure equipment is ready for use, keep yards clean, and support night spotters at the yard. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy in basic maintenance tasks, and collaboration with multiple departments

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Fuel every piece of delivery equipment daily.
• Check all fluid levels of power equipment daily.
• Assist the fleet shop when needed.
• Work with fleet shop and night warehouse management to ready equipment for use.
• Wash trailers per FSQA schedule.
• Keep parking lot clean and free of debris.
• Support the night truck spotters to organize the truck yard.
