Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Clerk to manage day-to-day data entry and processing for the Midland location. You will work on computer processes, maintain local files, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal teams and supervisors.

The role reports to the Maintenance Manager or Pool Fleet Manager and requires 1+ year of office experience, strong computer skills, and attention to detail. The position is on-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year in an office setting preferred.
• Previous experience using computers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, Verify, and enter information into computer systems.
• Complete office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls.
• Compile and maintain local paperwork to include reports, vehicle information, and company documents for easy access and quick reference.
• Perform basic receivable processes to include the generation or submittal of purchase orders/invoices.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
