Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Clerk in Bossier City, LA to support the maintenance team by managing work orders, scheduling preventive maintenance, and keeping accurate records in our fleet management system. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who excel at data entry and documentation.

You will collaborate with maintenance managers to issue and track work orders, monitor inventory, and generate reports while ensuring timely, accurate data across operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from completed work orders into the fleet management program
• Maintain work pending files
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managers
• Create and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managers
• Maintain computerized parts inventory
• Locate or assist in locating materials required by employees and contractors
• Monitor data for inconsistencies and errors
• Develop and issue computer reports as requested
• Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting notices, and retrieving and distributing mail
• Perform other duties as assigned
