Job summary

Waste Pro of Louisiana is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Clerk to support the Lake Charles and Lafayette hauling divisions. This role handles preventive maintenance scheduling, parts ordering, and maintenance data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for management.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to learn Waste Pro software. MS Office skills, data entry, and fleet management software familiarity are preferred. CDL not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6 months related work experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn Waste Pro proprietary software applications.
• Proficient in MS Office, data entry, fleet management software and email.

Responsibilities

• Schedules preventive maintenance for Waste Pro vehicles and orders parts as needed.
• Files repair orders and DVIRs and maintains maintenance records.
• Enters maintenance data daily and verifies information entered by mechanics.
• Receives, labels, stocks and dispenses parts to shop staff and managers.
• Produces productivity and usage reports for management.
