Ecowaste Solutions in Bossier City, LA is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Clerk to keep the maintenance department running smoothly. You will manage work orders, track preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate records across our fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from completed work orders into the fleet management program.
• Maintain work pending files.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managers.
• Create and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managers.
• Maintain computerized parts inventory.
• Locate or assist in locating materials required by employees and contractors.
• Monitor data for inconsistencies and errors.
• Develop and issue computer reports as requested.
• Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting notices, and retrieving and distributing mail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
