Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Breakdown Coordinator to support and optimize fleet maintenance operations in Ellabell, GA.

You will coordinate maintenance schedules, manage service records, and ensure DOT and safety compliance to keep our fleet running efficiently. Key duties include service desk management, maintenance coordination, records maintenance, and using TMT software for asset tracking.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years maintenance administrative preferred.
• Experience in equipment coordination and vehicle service writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with TMT or similar maintenance management software preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle computer systems.
• Organizational & Problem-Solving skills: manage multiple priorities, track fleet maintenance, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service Desk Management – assist internal customers and vendors while ensuring compliance with C-TPAT best practices.
• Maintenance Coordination – schedule timely maintenance and repairs for equipment.
• Records Maintenance – maintain accurate service records for audits and DOT compliance.
• Workflow Prioritization – generate preventive maintenance reports, prioritize work orders, track equipment availability.
• Software Proficiency – use TMT maintenance software for asset tracking, work order management, and record-keeping.
• Parts Management Facilitation – assist in ordering, receiving, and managing parts inventory.
• Compliance Assurance – verify accurate documentation of maintenance work for DOT, safety, and quality certifications.
• Process Optimization – monitor repair timelines, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
