Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Fleet MaintenanceCoordinator to support and optimize our maintenance operations. Inthis role, you will be responsible for coordinating fleet maintenanceschedules, managing service records, and ensuring compliance with DOTand safety regulations. Your ability to streamline maintenanceworkflows will be essential in keeping our fleet operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Desk Management – Assistinternal customers and vendors while ensuring compliancewith C-TPAT best practices.
- Maintenance Coordination – Support the Maintenance Managerby scheduling timely maintenance and repairs for companyequipment.
- Records Maintenance – Maintainaccurate and organized service records for each asset, ensuringaccessibility for audits and DOT compliance.
- Workflow Prioritization – Generate preventive maintenancereports, prioritize work orders, and track equipmentavailability.
- Software Proficiency –Utilize TMT maintenance software for asset tracking, work ordermanagement, and record-keeping.
- PartsManagement Facilitation – Assist in ordering, receiving,and managing parts inventory to support efficientrepairs.
- Compliance Assurance – Verifyaccurate documentation of maintenance work for compliance withDOT, safety, and quality certifications.
- Process Optimization – Monitor repair timelines, identifydiscrepancies, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma orequivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degreepreferred.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of maintenanceadministrative experience preferred.
- Experience in equipment coordination and vehicle servicewriting required.
- TechnicalSkills:
- Proficiency in MS Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with TMTor similar maintenance management software preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle computer systems.
- Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Abilityto manage multiple priorities, track fleet maintenance, andensure compliance with strict deadlines.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must be eligible for companyvehicle insurance.
