E.W. Wylie, a long‑standing leader in transportation and logistics, is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator in Fargo, ND. You will coordinate outside repairs, manage costs, and support the fleet maintenance program for a large nationwide fleet.

The ideal candidate has diesel technology experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to control costs while maintaining equipment reliability. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; diesel tech knowledge preferred.
• Experience controlling maintenance costs and negotiating repairs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drivers and providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and authorize outside tractor and trailer repairs as needed.
• Manage and control maintenance expenditures to protect fleet value.
• Support the vehicle maintenance program and fleet operations.
• Develop productive relationships with drivers and service providers.
• Participate in training and stay current with industry developments.
• Support continuous process improvement in the maintenance department.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
