Job summary

Frontier Environmental Services is seeking a Service Specialist to help keep our fleet and equipment maintenance operations running smoothly. The role involves coordinating preventive maintenance, creating work orders, tracking service data, and supporting daily fleet administration.

You will work closely with mechanics, vendors, and operations personnel to ensure timely repairs and accurate recordkeeping, in a hands-on office environment at our maintenance facility.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
• Previous administrative, customer service, dispatch, maintenance, construction, transportation, automotive, or equipment-related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for company vehicles and equipment.
• Create and maintain work orders, service records, and maintenance documentation.
• Track service intervals, mileage, engine hours, and equipment usage.
• Receive and monitor repair requests from field and shop personnel.
• Communicate repair updates and equipment status with mechanics, vendors, and operations teams.
• Review invoices and assist with maintenance-related recordkeeping.
• Support the daily operations of our fleet and maintenance department.
