The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator will oversee maintenance for 2,300 vehicles across the US and Canada, ensuring safety, availability and readiness for operations, while collaborating with vendors and field teams to complete work efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive or mechanical related experience and training.
• ASE Certification is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and communicate maintenance statuses for 2,300-vehicle fleet.
• Maintain maintenance records in the database with repairs and warranties.
• Coordinate with Field Operations and drivers for repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Estimate repair times and schedule maintenance activities.
• Oversee vehicle equipment like radios and dashcams.
• Support upfits and inventory of vehicle supplies.
