Job summary

Hallcon is a mobility and infrastructure services company seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance for a 2,300-vehicle US/Canada fleet. You will manage preventive and corrective work, coordinate with vendors and shops, and ensure safety, availability, and readiness for operational use.

You will work with vendors and auto shops to ensure on-time completion of all repairs, and help optimize uptime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive/mechanical related experience and training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE Certification is desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and communicate the status of maintenance orders and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance, repairs, and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with Field Operations and Drivers to address repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Estimate repair times, schedule repairs/maintenance, and monitor workflow of vehicles in service.
• Assist in upfitting vehicles and maintaining inventory of vehicle supplies and equipment.
• Manage radios, dashcams, and other related equipment.
