West Texas Premix Pits in Midland, TX is seeking a Fleet Service Manager to oversee a mixed fleet of light-duty vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, and specialized equipment. You will direct daily operations, schedule maintenance, manage work orders, and produce reports to support operations and budgeting.

This role requires 2+ years in fleet management, ASE certification, and experience with fleet management software, diagnostics, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fleet management.
• ASE certification required.
• Experience with fleet management software and preventive maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and work order management.
• Experience with inventory and vendor management.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and budgeting.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations across light-duty vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, and specialized equipment.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
• Manage work orders, data entry, and fleet service records.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee parts inventory.
• Monitor regulatory and fleet compliance requirements.
• Manage fleet budgets and related expenses.
• Supervise and support a small fleet service team of 2–5.
• Prepare fleet reports and conduct occasional site visits.
