Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE Certifications: T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, and ASE Master.
• 3+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• 1+ year in supervisory/lead technician role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct A/B/C-level and lead technicians for maintenance.
• Monitor shop performance and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct shop huddles and provide coaching to technicians.
• Participate in performance evaluations and hiring decisions.
• Perform quality control inspections for safety regulatory standards.
