Qualifications

• Experience in office, data entry, or administrative support, preferably in fleet operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with vendors and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the bus maintenance team and client.
• Perform parts research and purchasing to support timely repairs.
• Track parts inventory, conduct physical counts, and manage stock levels.
• Process invoices and coordinate with vendors for timely payments.
• Maintain work order records, preventive maintenance schedules, and safety docs.
