Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required.
• Experience with repair manuals, wiring diagrams and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring all work performed by staff is safe and compliant with regulations.
• Communicate with management, operations, vendors about fleet status.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in the maintenance department.
• Coordinate maintenance work and audits to identify training opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between shop leadership, drivers, and operations.
