Ideal candidates have admin experience in a shop setting, strong organization, and proficiency with fleet software and MS Office. This role is full-time with year-round stability in a ski-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role within a vehicle repair shop.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle and equipment repair.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Write and manage detailed work orders for all vehicles and equipment entering the shop.
• Track repair costs, status reports, and downtime using fleet management software.
• Serve as the first line of communication for repair needs with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with maintaining parts inventory and coordinate with purchasing for parts orders.
• Track vehicle locations and assignments; transport vehicles to outside vendors when needed.
