Deer Valley Resort in Park City, UT is hiring a Parts Clerk to track, reorder, and maintain fleet, building, and electrical parts inventories, and assist with warehousing for other departments. You will also issue parts to technicians and ensure proper documentation.

Must be 21+, able to lift 70 lbs, have basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license and pass a DOT medical test. Pay is $20 per hour year-round, with benefits such as subsidized meals, housing options, healthcare, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Issue parts to technicians with proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors to source parts and verify deliveries.
• Keep the parts storage area organized and clean.
• Assist with resort recycling efforts and warranty tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Parts Clerk is responsible for tracking, reordering, and general maintenance of the fleet, building, and electrical parts inventories as well as assisting with the warehousing functions for other departments.
Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, tools, and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory system
• Issue parts and materials to technicians as requested, ensuring proper documentation
• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to maintain optimal inventory
• Work with vendors to source parts, verify deliveries, and resolve discrepancies
• Label, organize, and maintain the cleanliness of the parts storage area
• Assisting with resort recycling efforts
• Assist with tracking warranties, returns, and core exchanges
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be age 21 at the time of hire
• Must be able to lift, carry, or move heavy loads up to 70lbs
• Well organized and able to work in moving environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Must be able to travel through snow to reach a building or piece of equipment with tools and materials necessary to complete tasks assigned
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a DOT medical test
