Deer Valley Resort, part of Alterra Mountain Company, seeks a Building Maintenance Administrative Assistant to manage the parts room, inventory, and asset records. You will use Limble to track work orders, parts movements, and uptime for resort facilities.

The role supports the PM calendar, handles vendor coordination, and ensures accurate documentation while enabling efficient winter and year-round operations.

Qualifikationen

• 21+ years of age at hire.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured on Deer Valley Resort vehicles.
• Able to lift, carry, and put away up to 50 pounds regularly.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the parts room, receive and store parts, and ensure accurate recordkeeping in Limble.
• Coordinate parts ordering, vendor communications, and ship/recieve processes.
• Build and maintain asset records including make, model, serials, and location.
• Support work-order intake, PM calendar, and department timekeeping.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reporting for Building Maintenance.
