Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics or distribution.
• 2+ years of experience writing Tableau reports.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Experience with TMS optimization tools, OBC, or other tracking software.
• Ability to work well in teams and train remote teammates.
• Up to 25% of travel required.
• This position is based in Nashville, TN - hybrid with a minimum of 4 days per week in office.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful operation of Amrize manufacturing sites and distribution centers with adequate fleet capacity.
• Lead dedicated and company fleets, including driver hiring and reviews.
• Coordinate with EHS to develop safety standards and programs.
• Maintain scorecards, address concerns and develop action plans.
• Analyze fleets and inbound spend; negotiate for EBITDA contribution.
• Present and implement solutions with fleet operations across the network.
• Manage rate structures in the TMS and carrier performance.
• Assist other business units on transportation issues.
• Ensure inbound route guides are followed and updated.
