Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville is seeking a Finance Manager to own critical functions within the Fleet Finance Organization, partnering across Operations and the business to optimize cost and vehicle efficiency. The role emphasizes inventiveness and AI-enabled analysis, with cross-functional leadership and experience in financial modeling, FP&A, and business analysis.

Mentoring team members and driving AI adoption are key components.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
Experience with AI/ML technologies.
5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: develop a long-term fleet strategy and optimize cost & on-road vehicle efficiency.
Financial Modeling: build complex NPV models for fleet acquisitions and use AI tools to automate analysis.
FP&A: manage weekly/monthly forecasts, reporting, and executive-ready materials with AI-based acceleration.
Business Analysis: identify finance improvements, streamline data flows, and drive actionable insights.
People: mentor team members and coach on AI tool usage.
