Job summary

A global engineering firm is seeking a Project Manager for Fleet Interventions responsible for overseeing vessel intervention projects from start to finish. This role requires strong project management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to lead and motivate a team while ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. Candidates should have a technical background in ship repair and experience in managing diverse stakeholders. Qualifications

• Minimum basic technical knowledge of Ship repair, preferably in dredging and offshore installation vessels.
• Experience in turnaround repair/conversion projects highly advantageous.
• Strong skills in finance control.

Responsibilities

• Manage project complexities and ensure optimal vessel performance upon redelivery.
• Engage in consultative discussions with stakeholders to maintain communication.
• Coordinate the project team and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Handle financial oversight and manage budget change requests.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and manage additional work requests.
• Report weekly progress to Project SteerCo members.
