Job summary

Trendsetter Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Intervention Solutions in Houston to oversee subsea well intervention projects. You will direct activities, coordinate field engineers and technicians, and ensure safe, on-time delivery with tight budget control.

The role requires strong leadership, offshore experience, and collaboration with clients to meet requirements while advancing marketing and business development efforts. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, and Visio.
• Subsea Well Intervention System experience required.
• Engineering background with focus on pressure containing equipment a plus.
• Seasoned manager with leadership in a project-team environment.
• Experience with subsea intervention systems (riser-based and riser-less).
• Proficient in offshore operations and subsea equipment.
• Strong ethics, leadership, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects safely and efficiently to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure contract satisfaction.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and customers.
• Define scope, requirements, budgets, and resources with sponsors.
• Manage assets and human resources for project execution.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery; monitor budget and schedule.
• Apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Close out projects efficiently.
• Stay updated on regulations affecting subsea interventions.
• Support marketing and business development to grow market share.
