Princess is seeking a Manager of Special Projects to oversee fleet technical environmental, safety, and energy-saving initiatives. You will lead a team of onboard Fleet Project Managers, coordinate with shipboard senior management, contractors, and classification societies, and ensure projects align with budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Electrical and Automation teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and corporate energy strategies to deliver sustainable fleet

Competenze

Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex engineering projects.
Strong understanding of project management processes and tools.
Excellent communication with shipboard and shoreside stakeholders.
