Career Crunch is seeking a Fleet Integration Specialist to coordinate six-to-twelve-month fleet projects, aligning with Fleet, acquisition, and field teams. You will validate vehicle data, manage onboarding tasks, and ensure compliance across titles, registrations, and telematics.

Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of fleet management experience.
• Experience across fleet functions: onboarding, inventory, assignments, registrations, maintenance, fuel, telematics, driver support, compliance, finance, disposition.
• Demonstrated ability to validate vehicle, driver, ownership, licensing, and financial data and to protect confidential information.
• Strong collaboration and customer-service skills with field personnel, employees, managers, and vendors.
• Ability to organize multiple activities, follow procedures, and communicate risks clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project fleet integration for six-to-twelve months with Fleet, acquisition workstreams, Momentum, field locations, and external providers.
• Collect, validate, reconcile fleet data including VINs, specs, ownership, leases, locations, odometers, licensing, and employee IDs.
• Support onboarding and service enrollment: inventory uploads, insurance, fuel, maintenance, registrations, telematics, and pool reservations.
• Assist with titles, registrations, purchase docs, tax records, and state-specific requirements; coordinate resolution with partners.
• Guide transition by coordinating access, training, data, fuel PINs, and pool-vehicle setup.
• Support supplier, financial, and service transitions through onboarding, billing updates, and routine transactions.
• Monitor readiness, compliance, and lifecycle needs; track missing info, registrations, and regulatory filings.
• Maintain integration reporting with dashboards, checklists, and status reports; escalate complex issues as needed.
