Job summary

Holland America Line is seeking a Project Manager, Hotel Refurbishment to lead large-scale hotel upgrades across HAL, SBN, and PCL fleets. You will plan, schedule, and deliver projects on time within budget, while ensuring ADA and ship regulation compliance and coordinating with shipboard teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• 5 years ship operations and project management experience.
• Cruise ship, naval, or offshore industry experience.
• Marine Engineering, Marine Electro-technical, Marine Technology, Marine/Engineering or Electrical Degree & Class 1 qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple hotel refurbishment projects across HAL, SBN, and PCL brands; track timelines and budgets.
• Lead collaboration with operations, shipboard management, and contractors; align stakeholders.
• Manage project finances, review costs with Supply Chain, and ensure targets are met.
