Holland America Line seeks a Specialist, Onboard Signage to manage shipboard physical and digital signage for the Holland America Line and Seabourn fleets and land properties. You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure branding, regulatory, and accessibility standards are met, while maintaining documentation across departments.

Role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve scheduling and installation challenges, supporting business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Microsoft Office 365 required
• Adobe and Airtable experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage ongoing operational signage, reserve funding with technical stakeholders.
• Intake ad-hoc signage requests from fleets and review with Marketing and Guest Operations.
• Relay needs to vendors and produce new specs as needed.
• Review artwork to meet branding specs and ensure ADA, USPH and VSP posting compliance.
• Facilitate Purchase Orders and document new specs and contracting as needed.
• Oversee installation visits and provide detailed placement instructions with vendors and shipboard teams.
• Manage and communicate project status clearly to internal teams and vendors.
• Seek to improve systematic ordering platforms and catalogs.
• Dry Dock signage: manage capital fund submissions and inventory pre-dry dock.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to draft and finalize designs; collect input and feedback.
