Job summary

Waymo is seeking a Fleet Data & Operations Analyst to deliver quantitative and qualitative analyses that inform fleet health across multiple markets. You will collaborate with fleet tooling and data science teams to evolve data signals, define metrics, and provide actionable insights to cross-functional partners.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in automotive service or fleet operations, and capability to communicate complex results clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive service, fleet management, and/or automotive technology development.
• Proven ability to execute technical root cause analysis with engineering partners.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable insights for fleet health metrics across markets.
• Deliver reports on fleet performance and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Drive corrective actions by establishing processes and requirements to reduce disruption and risk.
• Analyze recovery metrics and coordinate improvements across teams.
• Travel to operational regions to verify fleet readiness and dependencies.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and suppliers to ensure effective issue response.
