Responsibilities

• Define, build, and maintain KPIs and metrics for operational safety and quality across the Operations Center.
• Architect and scale data infrastructure to support automated reporting for Road Rule Events.
• Quantify operational capacity to handle events and optimize response protocols.
• Analyze agent response precision to identify patterns and inform AI model training.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business challenges into data pipelines and reporting solutions.
