Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in automotive technology or related field.
• 3+ years in automotive service, fleet management or automotive tech development.
• Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis with engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fleet health metrics and provide insights across markets.
• Deliver recurring fleet performance reports against targets.
• Drive corrective actions with process, policy and tech requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to improve fleet availability.
• Travel to operational regions to inspect fleets and verify interdependencies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering and suppliers.
