Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking a senior software engineer to design and enhance backend systems that optimize autonomous fleet operations. You will work on algorithm development, data analysis, and performance evaluation to improve reliability and efficiency.

The role involves building and maintaining tools for fleet optimization, collaborating with product, data science, and engineering teams, and contributing to large-scale data analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

BS degree in CS or related field.
Direct coding experience with backend systems.
Experience with C++ and Python preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate optimization performance and sensitivity analyses.
