Qualifications

• 3 years of budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, or procurement experience.
• Experience with ERP, Workday, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of governmental accounting and public-sector budgeting.
• Ability to develop queries, reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational analysis to support Fleet leadership and planning.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Assist with annual operating and capital budgets.
• Reconcile fleet and fuel transactions; support month-end close.
• Coordinate procurement, contracts, and purchase orders; ensure compliance.
• Support system implementations and process improvements affecting Fleet operations.
