Responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational analysis to support Fleet Services leadership, management decisions, accountability, and long-term planning.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, dashboards, performance measures, and financial summaries using Fleet, financial, fuel, procurement, and other County information systems.
• Write and maintain queries and reports to identify trends, variances, exceptions, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost improvement.
• Analyze expenditures, revenues, vehicle and equipment costs, fuel usage, lifecycle information, and other operational data; communicate findings to Fleet leadership.
• Assist with development and monitoring of key performance indicators and management reporting.
