Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks a Manager, Fleet Finance to lead cross-functional projects, change management initiatives, analytics, and training across shipboard and shore teams. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

The role partners with Finance Technology, IT and FP&A to deliver system enhancements, AI enablement, and dashboards, while ensuring governance, testing, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• PM certification and Agile experience preferred.
• Experience leading AI-enabled initiatives and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fleet Finance projects from intake through implementation with clear requirements.
• Drive change management and enablement across shipboard and shoreside teams.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, reports, and insights to improve processes.
• Triage requests, prioritize, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance Technology, IT, FP&A on enhancements and testing.
• Support AI enablement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate pain points into actionable project plans and training.
• Adhere to corporate policies and control responsibilities.
