Waabi, a leader in autonomous transportation, seeks a Field Operations Specialist (Primary In-Truck Role) to monitor vehicle systems, coordinate with engineers, and ensure accurate real-time data logging during missions.

In-office support tasks include data offloads, triage updates, fleet readiness, and pre/post-trip inspections. The role requires flexibility, travel for out-of-area missions, and occasional night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; logistics or operations experience preferred.
• Strong data integrity and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive cross-functional updates.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel for out-of-area missions.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment and startup culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle system status from the front right seat during trips.
• Prepare vehicle compute systems in collaboration with engineers and dispatch.
• Log mission events with timestamps and concise descriptions.
• Ensure data adheres to standardized formats and IDs.
• Provide system information to drivers for monitoring.
• Manage data offloads, drive sign-in/out, and ingests at workstations.
