Job summary

Intrepid Travel is seeking a Fleet and Operations Coordinator to keep our fleet, vehicles, drivers, and facilities ready for safe, high-quality trip delivery in North America. The role is based onsite in Golden, CO and offers a competitive hourly rate with benefits.

You will support fleet management, safety compliance, and field-readiness workflows, plus hands-on duties like warehouse organization and shuttle driving as part of a dedicated operations team.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and communicative, with the ability to manage changing priorities, deadlines, and ambiguity.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, with an interest in developing systems for information management, safety and readiness.
• Demonstrated experience driving 15-passenger vans with trailers and understanding vehicle maintenance.
• Meets company and DOT driving requirements and must pass a background check.
• 2+ years of experience in travel industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet systems, vehicle and driver compliance, and field-readiness workflows.
• Provide hands-on operational support including warehouse organization, facility maintenance, and shuttle driving.
• Support safety and efficiency across trip operations and communications with internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with permits and driver scheduling as needed.
