The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of facility management experience, a strong grasp of OSHA and EPA requirements, and knowledge of ammonia and Freon systems. Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities management experience.
• 3 years working with refrigeration systems within cold chain distribution.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, GMP, and other regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor associates responsible for maintenance.
• Oversee operation of refrigeration systems to meet temperature control standards.
• Manage inventory control of company assets and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
