Job summary

Aardvark Studios seeks a Fleet & Facilities Coordinator to keep our fleet, warehouse, and operations running smoothly across projects. You will own scheduling, inventory, and vendor coordination to help project teams stay focused on building incredible work.

This hands-on role thrives on organization, problem solving, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. You’ll operate vehicles, maintain records, and support safety and efficiency across our experiential marketing fleet.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Comfortable driving company vans and 20'–26' box trucks.
• Forklift experience is a plus (we'll train the right person).
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and basic software for inventory, scheduling, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, stage, and distribute materials for upcoming projects.
• Drive company vans, box trucks, and promotional vehicles for pickups, deliveries, service appointments, and project support.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for company vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and facility.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Support project teams by organizing pallets, loading and unloading trucks, and helping get projects out the door.
• Coordinate with vendors for fleet, facility, and equipment needs.
• Perform light facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
• Update inventory systems and maintenance records.
• Jump in wherever needed to solve problems and help keep projects moving.
