An established corporate services organization supporting a leading global multi-energy company is seeking a Fleet & Facilities Coordinator to oversee its fleet vehicle program while supporting General Services operations across multiple affiliates. The Fleet & Facilities Coordinator will manage the full vehicle lifecycle, collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors, and contribute to workplace initiatives that strengthen business continuity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the fleet vehicle program, including vehicle ordering, maintenance coordination, utilization monitoring, inventory management, and vehicle disposition while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, reporting, and documentation throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between affiliates, drivers, fleet vendors, and management regarding fleet operations.
  • Develop and implement fleet procedures and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer service.
  • Coordinate facilities work orders while supporting General Services operations, including vendor management, office moves, workplace services, and building support.
  • Provide General Services support across multiple affiliated business units.
  • Support the Tower Fire Warden Program through meeting participation, coordination activities, and quarterly fire drills.
  • Administer corporate American Express programs for tower and remote locations.
  • Participate in the Hurricane Response Committee and support business continuity initiatives.
  • Serve as the ODP Website Key User for designated affiliates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and leadership while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Experience coordinating fleet operations, facilities, workplace services, or general services functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Star Cristal.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
