Absolute International Security is seeking a highly organized Logistics Administrator in Irwindale, CA. The role supports vehicle fleet maintenance, uniform program, facilities coordination, and vendor management.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires reliability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma (associate or bachelor's preferred) and 2+ years in logistics or related fields, with strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics, fleet administration, facilities coordination, procurement or related experience required.
• Previous experience in security or similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Management: maintain preventive maintenance schedules, track registrations and renewals, monitor fuel and costs, coordinate vehicle assignments, support budget planning, respond to breakdowns.
• Uniform & Inventory Management: manage uniform ordering, tracking, distribution, inventory levels, onboarding logistics, vendor relationships, keep records of issued items.
• Facilities Coordination: triage maintenance requests, coordinate vendors, support space planning, conduct safety checks, track facilities budget.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: prioritize requests across departments, maintain master calendar, collaborate on budgets, document processes, provide professional service to internal customers.
