Job summary

Rising Edge Group seeks an Equipment Coordinator to manage fleet assets across the U.S. Division. You will coordinate rentals, coordinate maintenance, and work with vendors and project teams to ensure efficient asset utilization.

The role requires experience in fleet management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel occasionally. A background in utilities or industrial settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Formal education or equivalent in construction management, logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in equipment coordination, fleet management, or logistics.
• Experience in utility/construction environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create fleet and project rental orders with accurate coding and timely vendor reconciliations.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and calibrations for fleet assets.
• Serve as liaison between operations, vendors, and fleet; optimize asset utilization across the U.S. Division.
• Track equipment utilization, availability, and project assignments in asset systems.
• Forecast equipment needs and coordinate rentals to support project schedules.
