Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies seeks a Fleet Asset Coordinator to support equipment asset management, procurement, and deployment activities in a collaborative team. You will help maintain asset data, coordinate transfers, and assist with compliance and reporting across multiple internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Asset records management experience is required or highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.
• Minimum of three years in fleet operations, equipment administration, procurement, logistics, inventory, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate asset records in asset management and ERP systems.
• Assist with procurement and equipment delivery tracking.
• Coordinate equipment transfers and onboarding of new assets.
• Support branding, compliance, and documentation for equipment.
• Prepare routine fleet and asset reports and assist with budgeting data.
