Job summary

Insight Global in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Product Line Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our rental equipment fleet, from acquisition strategy to asset disposition. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Procurement and Marketing to shape fleet decisions and optimize asset performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in product lifecycle, fleet or asset management, strong cost-analysis skills, and experience handling capital equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of product lifecycle or fleet management experience.
• Experience managing capital or construction equipment assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of rental equipment fleet, from acquisition to disposition.
• Develop supplier management, lifecycle planning, and maintenance support strategies.
• Drive utilization optimization and evaluate profitability via TCO analyses.
• Partner across Operations, Sales, Procurement and Marketing to influence fleet decisions.
