Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in fleet management, procurement, or category management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence across multiple levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Support development of lifecycle strategies for assigned capital equipment categories.
• Contribute to fleet strategies to reduce total cost of ownership and maximize lifecycle returns.
• Participate in supplier identification, evaluation, selection, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Support negotiation and administration of national supplier and product agreements.
• Perform industry benchmarking and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet performance and equipment utilization.
• Develop fleet purchase and disposal plans and analyze contract terms.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
