Job summary

CoreWeave in New Jersey is seeking a Fleet Engineering Project Manager to oversee RMA processes, manage timely support, and align internal and external stakeholders across our fleet operations. You will coordinate with fleet engineering, data center technicians, and vendor teams, generating performance metrics and driving optimization of workflows.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in data center operations or RMA with external vendors, strong communication skills, and a successful track record

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience with physical IT infrastructure.
• Experience with RMA processes and external vendors.
• Ability to analyze, optimize and operationalize internal and external processes.
• Experience leading cross-team projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMA generation, support, issue resolution and incident follow-up.
• Generate performance metrics for internal and external teams.
• Facilitate communication across fleet engineering, data center technicians and vendor teams.
• Lead cross-team project reviews and drive continuous optimization.
