Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Fleet Engineering Project Manager to lead RMA generation, remediation, and cross-team communications across fleet engineering and vendor partners. You will generate performance metrics and ensure timely issue resolution while coordinating with data center technicians.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project oversight, and ability to drive continuous optimization in a fast-paced environment. Equity and bonus are part of the rewards package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with physical IT infrastructure, data center ops or RMA with external vendors.
• Experience creating and using ticket-based workflows and spotting bottlenecks from ticket data.
• Ability to generate client-facing reports on infrastructure metrics and case workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMA generation, support, issue resolution and performance metrics.
• Coordinate communications across fleet engineering, technicians and vendor teams.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to maintain alignment and timelines.
• Provide regular project reviews and drive continuous optimization.
